One of my main projects is called Sapphire. It comes in various personas specialized for each company and use. Two versions exist, one that is a website chatbot like above, and the other is an autonomous agent. We customize each chatbot persona for each industry and client.

Website Chatbot

Sapphire has a simplified website chatbot version. This is great for a sales agent or product advisor on your website. Just install it on your WordPress and it learns your whole company on the spot from your website itself. The costs are low, and people like this more than reading a 50 page PDF. Personality with knowledge is the core.

Autonomous Agent

Sapphire has a more powerful version that has full voice in and out. It can run autonomously in agent mode so it can actually complete tasks for you, or act as a virtual employee. This larger version of Sapphire has long term memory, the ability to add tools if it doesn’t have them, and heartbeats to run every 15 minutes.

What makes your chatbots any different than GPT?

We build ours with custom personas that are tuned to your needs. They have memory systems that allow them to retrieve enormous amounts of data and give precise answers. From there the chatbot can maybe enter the user into salesforce, send an invoice, or notify admissions of the new student.

What kind of actions can chatbots take?

Basic tools are built into chatbots usually. Web search etc. Custom tools allow us to expand the capability. It can add your user to your CRM, restart their website server, or be a form they can talk to instead of filling out. Tools are actions in most cases. Some have to be custom made, but it’s not that hard.

Personality??!?!

Yeah these chatbots I make have personalities. Sapphire is our main. She has a sparkling and warm demeanor. Always upbeat. Supportive. She encourages people to be nice to her, which in the end gets to goals faster. We call it UX when the user has a good experience, hence Sapphire.
